Radical Unschoolers Network

the network for radical unschooling families

Hi everyone, we're just getting to the age where how we'll be learning is becoming more important. We've been checking out unschooling for the last year or so and I'm glad to have found this forum.

My husband and I and our 22 month old daughter just moved back to Miami where we actually have met several unschooling families. Stephane is French, I'm from Connecticut, and we had our daughter in Argentina. We speak English and French in the family and we will expose C to as much Spanish as possible as well.

I'd love to hear from anyone who's in South Florida :)

Another French site is Chroniques de Louves

If you forget their address, this one might be easier to remember:

There have been several articles translated, so just in case anyone has a husband or friend who would rather read in French, there's a resource!
Hi there! We are in Sarasota, Fl--so not close, but at lease in the same climate!

I am from CN originally also--then Kansas, then PA, then NM for 13 years, now FL for 8. I just wanted to say I am thrilled to hear you are meeting other homeschoolers----and UNschoolers! WOW! There aren't a lot of us around that I have found, but I keep reminding myself that that does not mean they are not here--it will just take time to meet them! My boys are 14, 9 and 6. Loving the cooler weather (78) and taking that huuuuge outbreath as we can now run, play catch, bikeride, and garden again!

Welcome!
