I downloaded the first episode off of Itunes (Canada) because it was free. I wonder if this show is on TV in the US too. I thought it was pretty good, I'm downloading the second episode right now. Dr Tom (the therapist) quotes John Holt (something about you can only learn by doing, can't remember the exact quote.)

I love this show! I watch it on Hulu! They have ALL the episodes up! http://www.hulu.com/being-erica In fact Dr. Tom was in my dreams last night. My eldest loves the show too which I am really glad about because I think it presents some really important lessons about life in such a dynamic way.

I also love that it is based on a Jewish family. It is so refreshing to see religions other then Christianity represented in the media in a positive and almost casual way. I would say more but I do not want to spoil it for those who have not seen it yet.

Yes! This is definitely one of my most favorite shows and I love that it is a Canadian show.
