Hi there! My Name is Heather and I am new to the site. I live in Brewer Maine with my husband Matt and son Aaron. I love reading, writing, knitting/looming, and 80's music. We have been peaceful parents for a long time and are finding that a lot of what we have been doing with Aaron at home jives well with the philosophy of radical un-schooling and now that we decided to take the plunge and remove him from school we are finding a lot of joy. It has been a bit of a trial and error process but we both love to spend time with Aaron and together as a family and love to see that other people share some of our same views. We are still somewhat de-schooling and loving our new found lifestyle. Thank you, reading some of your post has really helped us.
