layout change feedback

I'm finding the new layout confusing. I like to be able to easily find discussions, and this format is counter-intuitive for me. With the discussion topics smaller and in the far left column, but the 'news of the day' stuff front and center it's harder for me to find my way around. I'm sure I'll adjust if this new format works better for most folks.

Agreed... Plus there are like half as many discussions listed in that list as there used to be in the main column.

With the threaded nature of the discussions on here, I find them impossible to follow through any method other than that list of recently updated topics, and the handy "Last reply by..." links.

i agree. i think most people come here for the forums. so i'm changing it back. BUT, depending on how some of the ning changes go, it could go back if it works better afterwards. that made no sense but doesn't really matter at this point =)
