Unschooling in Rhode Island?

Help please! My family and I are considering a move to Rhode Island. We unschool our son in Florida right now but are concerned about the strict homeschooling laws in RI. Is it possible to unschool in RI? If so, how have you all gone about it? Are there umbrella schools up there? Any and all info is greatly appreciated :)

In Rhode Island? I think your source was wrong. (If it was HSLDA, they make every state look hard!) Looks like the most onerous requirement is keeping attendance, though apparently they can ask for assessment. If no one here says anything, try:
