Wasn't sure if this was for us parents or our children also, but wanted to say Hey to all my fellow artists and take the opportunity to share some of our artwork, too.
My son Trystan is a sketch artist (12 yrs. old)-

and I am an altered/mixed media artist currently working with a few designers doing digital scrap layouts. Here's one of my quirky favorites:

Hi All you Artists!

I created a new blog, "Inspiration All Around Us" at www.inspirationallaroundus.blogspot.com , and I would like to invite you, all, to join!

If all goes smoothly, I'd like to simply add artists to the blog so they can post their pieces for the weekly inspirations. Each Artist will then be able to post 1 to 3 pieces that they created from the inspiration of the picture I have posted that week. A link to their artwork (homepage, shop, or blog) can be inserted so that visitors may find your work and how to purchase it from you, if for sell.
