If anyone is stopping by, the next gathering is March 14th-16th up at Roan Mountain. We do all the planning and discussion over at the yahoogroup listed.:)

Thanks for the invite, Ren. Dave has a work laptop now with highspeed internet, so I can visit regularly, now! Being as Wyl is on the photo for the group, I should probably be a member, eh? LOL

I'm bummed we missed the great-sounding gathering, but hopefully we'll make the next one. Right now, we're focusing on UWWG.

Another reminder to go join the main list if you're coming, and add your family to the database!

Updated information:

Pets are not allowed in cabins other than #12 which is already rented out to someone not with ARGH.

If you're coming just for the day, there are no fees so locals that want to sleep at home can come out every day and hang out if they'd like!

I have a feeling we're going to get the conference center for free no matter what at this point! I have so many people still writing and asking about it who haven't booked yet...so I'm not too worried about getting it covered.

BUT, if we get enough for Sat. night I might ask them to give us the room for Tues. as well. They said we could check out of our cabins on Tues. morning but stay and run activities all day if we want. CooL!

Ren ~ since so many people are paying for an extra night, do you think they'd swing that towards the discount we're trying to get on the conference center?

Ok, I think I need to come out on Saturday. There are so many people coming already and we don't want to miss anything!:)

Yea Silvia! I'm so glad you're coming and that your dh is able to join the fun, too!

Well, we just booked our cabin! We're in #5, the closest she said they had to cabin 9. :) We're arriving on Saturday and staying thru Tues. My husband is planning to come with us, so I'm even more excited, because he had to miss L&L.
