I vote for trying to sneak out early and coming Sat night! That way you'll already be there Sun morning :) I think enough people will be onsite Sat that there will be plenty of late night socializing to welcome your crew even if you arrive long after dark.

I'm planning to call them tomorrow and reserve the conference room and ask about both maps and booking some fun activities with them.

I'm SO tempted to reserve Saturday night too...even though I don't even get off until 9pm that night. I may be able to sneak out early and I really want to spend all of Sunday out there. Sigh. What to do?

we chose a cabin in the 20s because of the beds. i had thought we'd try for one near you (ren) but all the kids want to sleep in the loft so we opted for the double beds instead of twins. i'm sure they aren't all that spread out though...is there a map of how the cabins are laid out. they'll probably have one for us when we get there.

You all can book any nights you wish! I've heard talk that a few people might come Sat. night. If you have booked your cabin and/or are considering attending ARGH, please make sure to join our main list at:

We have added a section in the database for you to put your family information if you're attending so we have a directory and can better plan the event.

So far we're doing ATC's and having a Dias de los muertos party! Come on over and add your .02.:)

Glad to know I'm not the only one in the #1-20 cabins! Yay.

We're booked! We opted for a bit o'luxury and went with a queen bed, especially since one of kids usually ends up snoozing with us at some point, so they placed us in cabin #9. We might have an extra kid (my daughter's friend) or an extra adult (my sister) coming with us.

We went ahead and booked the cabin for Sat night, too. We had been talking about getting a cozy cabin in the woods this fall anyways, so we're just coming a night early to the gathering!

OK--so we now have a cabin---#24. We're sharing with the Higgins-McBrooms. I talked Ren today into a Dios de los Muertos party on the 2nd.

We've booked our cabin...they put us in cabin #8 and said they'd cluster our group close to each other. So let them know you're booking with Ren.:)
