ren, let's talk about this some more. i am willing to help all i can with the organizing. a local gathering is awesome for us since i don't know how many L&L type things we'll ever be able to do.

There is no date set as of yet. I still have had zero volunteers to handle the financial end of it.

What will probably end up happening is I'll book a partial space (not the entire campground) and people can call and book individually. If we are to get an entire place to ourselves, we need someone willing to handle the finances and I am not that person.

I've been thinking about this gathering - we have a family wedding to go to in September that conflicts with Live and Learn, so I thought we might try to make the ARGH gathering. I just joined the Yahoo group too so I can be in the loop as the plans are being made.

The first one was a lot of fun. I've obviously dropped the ball to some degree,but I'm trying to get something going this fall! Even if it's smaller then what I eventually imagine it could turn into.

Just a campout on the Nolichucky would be awesome.
