Looking for good book to read while pregnant

Hi!
I'm pregnant, and I'm desperately looking for good but not depressing fiction... (happy ending required.) Please give me suggestions!!!

It's a teen series and it definitely has some intense bits, but I'll give away the end of the series by saying that is has a very happy ending. It's basically teen romance, but was not intended to be in the teen genre.

The characters (especially the male lead) are very lovable and I became quite attached. :); ▶ Reply to This

I had to go the bathroom a lot as I was laughing so hard, but it really helped with the nasty nightmares I would have.; ▶ Reply to This
