Sue, you would get better responses if you just sent the list of questions to teens on facebook.  If the form isn't working, and few kids own a copy of microsoft word, it seems you're setting up obstacles.  But answering questions by e-mail or facebook, they could do.

Here are some results of unschooling. Arlo, my 17 year old unschooled son, was just awarded a full scholarship to the Berklee School of Music 5 week summer program. Here is a link to his Youtube channel. He wanted me to post this around.He is also just an awesome person. It is just a bonus that he can pay his way with his talent, which I attribute to all the time he had access to as an unschooler.
