Hello Keystone-staters, I actually live in NJ just across the Ben Franklin Bridge. I am part of a few NJ homeschoolers groups, but am really more of an unschooler by nature. I need a lot more deschooling to be totally comfortable with it. Any suggestions?

Hi, I am new to this list and would love to connect with unschoolers close to where we live in Lewisburg, PA (central PA an hour north of Harrisburg and an hour east of State College). We have a 9 year old daughter and a 5 1/2 year old son. We haven't met any unschoolers in our area and would really love to make some connections.

Hey, Lorrie, we're interested. You know what we do, just let me know how we can help...

Hey Lorrie! Count us in! I'd be happy to do workshop on whole, organic, unprocessed foods and even demonstrate a few recipes that do not need to be "heated" so I could show "how to" and then we could all enjoy together! :0) Some of my favorites are BetteAnne's totally organic chick pea salad, Trifle, and Organic Green Galad with Balsamic Vinegarette :0) Let me know dates you were thinking! Again....I so enjoyed meeting you and your precious daughter! Hugs to you.....-BetteAnne

I am looking to see who would be interested in an unschooling conference in Lancaster County this fall. Right now I am looking at some outdoor locations that will offer some programs, as well as a place that has enough room for speakers, workshops, etc..
Before I forge ahead, I am looking to see if there is an interest in this.
There will be ongoing activities for all aged children/teens, fun trip ideas, museum displays, speakers, workshops, creative kids sale (free space with any paid admission to the conference), barter table, give and take table, and more! There also will be an option to camp. Food will be available throughout the conference. Vegetarian options will be offered.
Please e-mail me at; iamhisservant4ever@yahoo.com
with any questions, and also interest, If you have an idea for a speaker, or workshop, and also if you have something to present, please let me know.
Thanks!!

Yes! :0) Manyunk is where my future son-in-law lives now:0) Our daughter Natalie, who lives here at home, spends a lot of time in Manyunk. We are about 1 hour from there.:0)
