Waldorf and Steiner inspired unschooling

Hi there, we are moving soon to a house near the UK state funded Steiner Warldorf Academy in Herefordshire. We will be home schooling for at least 4-6 months or more depending on whether she is offered a place at the academy.
We are looking forward to the change of life style as she currently attends a village primary school, and finishes there this week. Any info or ideas would be great. In order to prepare her and ourselves for a more rural existence we have done away with TV and limited use of our phones. I'm really enjoying reading Rudolf Steiner's Autobiography at the moment, and am reassured that he actually had a change of home and school at age six and managed to survive!
