Is anyone on here from the Thurston County area?

Yes! Don't know if you're still watching this discussion, as it's been a few months -- I don't get to spend alot of time online! There's actually a group for unschoolers here, but they're more of the academic variety -- mostly not radical unschoolers. However, my son Deacon, who is five, is looking for some other kids to play with. Most of the kids he knows are either younger than him, or in school. He loves star wars, indiana jones, playing all kinds of pretend, video games, science (mainly pretending to be scientists), building simple things out of legos etc as props to use in play, world of warcraft. I guess I should have checked your profile first, but let me know if this sounds like something your kids might be interested in.
