Share 'New to unschooling'

As I said in new to unschooling, I've got seven kids 15,13,11,9,5,15mth,2mth. I would love up get some ideas on how this all works. I've been reading here and there about it. I would like to slowly get started when my kids get back from Florida visiting. Thank you for your time and thoughts to come.
