"I'm one of the folks in the Eastern TN area full of unschoolers and yes, Unitarian Universalists. One of our more eclectic families is UU. We all have a lot of fun together and spend time with some of the folks in NC too. TN has no income tax…"

Questions for Tennessee people.

My family and I hope to move to Tennessee in about two years. We would like to homestead out there. Ideally, we would like to hook up with other families so that we could all learn and teach each other a variety of skills and form a nice community on a nice chunk of land (anyone else in this mindset?). We are feeling very ambitious and are painfully aware of time and money when it comes to all of the skills we'd like to acquire.
