a little about me

For many years now I have taken Joseph Campbell's advice to "follow your bliss" as my guiding principle. This has translated beautifully into my parenting experience. In all things (gardening, working, playing, being with children...) my heart is the best guide. Living in joy seems to cover all the bases, and I don't think I could really get any more specific than that.

I must go, since my daughter is in her footie pajamas,with a picnic blanket under one arm and her fave stuffed dog toy under the other,tapping her foot to go out and watch the meteor shower tonight.
It is now,10:30pm-the shower is at 2am.
