Port St. Lucie, huh? How is it over there? The only time I've "visited" is when my family passes by it on their way to Disney World/Orlando theme parks. Not a down-to-earth experience, I know! :P

And no, Netzi isn't my real name. It's a nickname I got from a homeschooler in a local group. I told her to make up something cool from my real name.

Cool. If our daughter ONLY learns logic, scientific method, and a proper philosophical worldview by the time she is 16, then that would be enough I think!  My wife is not on here, I should probably remind her to get on here as she is always researching and I know when I first found this RUN site, there was not much on the site at all. We are not a part of a local meet-up, not much into groups...

I have my own business and work entirely from home as a web developer / internet marketer... so home schooling is suited for us. My wife doesn't work and takes care of our daughter (AND ME!) and does the finances for the home and company. The home birth was quite the experience to say the least...  lots of clean up for the birthing pool afterwards...  Windermere is RIGHT next to Magic Kingdom. Cheers and good luck in the unschooling experience...  it takes a lot of patience to NOT want to instruct on everything until they are ready we have found. :-D  -Tom
