Thanks sandra, He's going to legally quit school and take the GED test and then move on with his explorations (especially in art) we have no desire to report to the school board any more and at 16 in Ohio, w/ a parents permission, you can quit.

If he can legally quit, or maybe legally take some community college stuff (when he's in the mood in a year or whenever) you won't need to worry about this but if you're registering to unschool, here are some Ohio ideas from Carol Narigon: http://...

a little about me
I spent my youth wanting to live a life beyond what school was offering me, I finished the 11th grade, took off traveling and eventually found the career that gave me amazing opportunities for several years. I later decided it was time to travel more, closed my business and went sailing, during this time I had Josh, we traveled till it was time for Kindergarden and at that time moved to San Fran. We've been back in Ohio since 2nd grade, My partner of the last 8 yrs. and I own a textile screen printing studio that specializes in sourcing sweatshop free and eco friendly apparel for our clients that we print for. I'm excited to feel the inspiration of having an unschooler in the house!
