- Based on the fact that our children are learning all the time, radical unschooling is an approach that allows the child to be his/her own leader in their education.

- My husband and I decided we wanted to homeschool right after we had our first. Neither of us had positive public school experiences and also want our children to be close by rather than in a school 7 hrs a day, 5 days a week (coming home with backpacks full of homework).I am interested in several homeschooling approaches & am happy to find this group.
