It means living life and learning from living - without the borders and boundaries of schools, subjects, schedules and anything else that hinders natural curiosity.

I grew up in a conservative, loving family without much exposure to other people's lifestyles or opinions. While sheltered, I didn't fully appreciate all the differences that make life enjoyable. Once I became a mother, I traveled down a path that has led me to become a "crunchy" mom and all that that entails...
