what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?
Still formulating an idea and reeling from all the info. I just learned about unschooling back last April/May and didn't really completely begin to grasp the idea of "radical unschooling" until I attended the Re-thinking Education Conference in Dallas this year. It showed me I still have a lot to learn.
how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?
1 child since last of May 2008, 2nd one just started Sept. 11. 3rd child followed one week after 2nd one did.

John-21:survived public school system & is working a job he loves (auto mechanic)
Shaun-18 unschooled as of May 2008-still de-schooling
Jennifer-13 been participating in Demo School for Clearview Sudbury school and not missing public school for one minute.
Samantha-10 Doing Demo School & loving it.
a little about me
I am a full-time mom and have been juggling kids activities & such since I first had them. I grew up with a mom who would've most likely unschooled me & my sister had she been aware of it back when we were little. I still haven't truly decided what I want to be "when I grow up", past being a mom, as of yet.
