what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?

Unschooling for me is giving my children the freedom to live and learn in an unfettered, non-forced way. I want to let them learn about life on their own terms. They are both naturally curious about EVERYTHING. At 3 and 5, I find without having to force them, they decide to learn about different subjects all on their own!

how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?

I'm sooo new to unschooling, although I think most of us are doing this from the time their child is born, without even knowing it. My oldest is 5 years old at kindergarten level.

a little about me

My name is Delilah. I work from home running a few crafts websites, as well as an Etsy shop, and a design service.
Our family is also working on turning our property into a little backyard farm/homestead. We have chickens and rabbits. And 3 resident chicken guards (dogs!). I have a great big veggie garden growing. I'm working on becoming as self-sustaining as possible.
