Profile Information

what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?
Radical unschooling is for me embracing and living life full on! My main focus is connection with my children and partner~ extending to all beings and all things~ as we live, embracing opportunities everywhere, finding ways to meet every ones needs without depriving anyone, connection, exploring, making choices in partnership, finding out about the world together. We extend this way of life to media and screens, sleeping, food etc as well. We offer a wide range of choices in our world and help our kids as they pursue their passions while we pursue our own!
how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?
From attachment parenting this naturally flowed into radical unschooling. Always unschooled!
first names of children
Mossy 5 and Lotus 18 mo
a little about me

Hello Holly and welcome.  I hope that you find this site to be supportive and useful to you and your family.  Because you mentioned it, I went and looked up "attachment parenting" and I found an interesting international site.  I assume it is the same as what you mentioned. It looks like something I am in full support of, I will have to read more. But yes, I would say that attachment parenting would naturally be a match for unschooling. Thanks for the idea:)
