HI!

Profile Information

what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?
Radical Unschooling means striving to not control your kids. It means letting your children make the decisions about how to spend their time, what to eat, when to work and when to play, what their passions are, when to sleep, etc. It means living consensually with all the members of your family and striving to work through differences of opinions and situations appearing to require compromise in a way that honors the needs of all. This often requires looking outside the box for solutions that might not be readily apparent. It goes almost without saying that children learn all the time and will learn what they need or want to when they need or want to if they are provided with the necessary interactions or resources at those times.
how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?
20 years
names and ages of children
Emma - 21, Antonio - 17, Esme - 15, Josie - 13, Lia - 11
