It says 1894 on the Amazon page: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1436561043/ncp-20 I hope my books are still being published 100 years from now! Pestalozzi only lived until 1827, so 1801 does make more sense. Google Books scanned a second...
