"Lydia, I've used the lots of conditioner trick for my daughter who has sensory issues. Also, I quit right away when she asks (not fusses). Some days are tangle-free! Most important is a happy child, not social approval. Good Luck to you and…"

what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?
I hadn't ever considered these two words as a phrase- to me, this is "life as we know it".
how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?
I was homeschooled (for the most part) and am now unschooling our two children

We are "unschoolers" both by choice and necessity- Brijet is on the autism spectrum
