what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?
Loving our children. Trusting our children. Respecting our children. Living and learning and playing and just BEING with them, right there in the moment.
how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?
I made the decision to homeschool when Spencer was just a baby. Thanks to books by John Holt, John Taylor Gatto, and Sandra Dodd's webpage, we found our way into total unschooling very shortly after. None of our kids have ever been to school.

I also have a Mike, a dog, a cat, three rats, a tarantula, an emperor scorpion, and a betta fish :-)

Ohhh how nice!! I just got away for a couple days.. went to my aunts up north of me, it wasn't too far but was a bit of a vaca for me, who never leaves home! I am so glad to be back home tho! the girls had a blast too! We are all doing well! Thanks for asking--hope to bump into ya in chat soon :0)
