I would say it means trusting children, respecting them, and treating them with the same consideration given (well at least expected anyway) to the adult members of society.

We're just getting started, although we did do it for a period before earlier on, but probably not enough to deschool all of us.

I am eager to learn and excited about the possibilities of how radical unschooling might change our relationships (which I think are good but I want the BEST! :) ) and lives. My biggest struggle right now is with the unlimited media concept. I'm reading a lot, exploring this novel (to us) concept and imagining how wonderful it would be to really let go- still, I admit to not being all the way there yet. When I read how it can work, it sounds great, but transitioning to that place feels really challenging to us.
