what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?: embracing the belief that children are naturally curious and learn best, when provided with a rich environment, loving support, and assistance finding resources (when needed) to follow their passions.

how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?: going on 10 years, since our daughter was born. We officially told the school district we were homeschooling, last year. In PA, at age 8 the compulsory school law kicks in.

first names of children: Emma, age10
Rudy, age 7

a little about me: We have been living in Central PA for 7 years now. Before that we lived in Western MA. While work is here our heart is elsewhere. We'd love to connect with the unschooling community as we are currently the only unschoolers that we know of in our area. I look forward to meeting all of you.
