what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?
It means living life freely, joyfully, and with love, by removing hindrances (school, rules, chores, etc) from the child's life and making sure the child's needs are met.
how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?
Unfortunately, we haven't even started. I am helping my fiance on the path of attachment parenting for his children and I'm with him on that path as a (future) step mom. However, the choices surrounding the kids' education is really between their biological parents. I hope I can influence it in some way so that the children will be encouraged to make their own choices.

I wrote a blog on our family blogspot that specifically addresses my thoughts on association of freedom and learning. Basically, it's really a rant about homeschooling requirements that we have in TN. I've been looking into it and came across the requirements. All the requirements are put in place as attempts to keep things within the schooling/education box. I think the requirements are silly but it is the law in the area.
