- what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?
- Being free to live our lives the way we want, to learn the way we learn best, to make memories and a difference, and to honor God in all that we do. Our motto is "Homeschooling is not just something we DO, it is part of who we ARE!" KT
- how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?
- 13 years and counting. We "schooled" for about a month before my 8 year old - in his infinite wisdom - pointed out that we were doing the same things as the system we had left behind. It obviously didn't work for us, so WHY recreate it? Kids are so very smart..... We became unschoolers and have never looked back!

- My son is almost 21, daughter almost 9. He was home/unschooled from age 8, she from birth.
- a little about me
- Former ps teacher who had to overcome 12 years of ps, 6 years of ps university, and 3 years teaching in the ps system in order to begin to get a true education! Single mom dealing with a chronic illness just trying to do what I feel is best for my children, living our lives, making memories and trying to make a difference...
