a little about me
I am totally into the law of attraction. It seems to me that things that occur to me or my family have some reason. Be it negative or positive, I can look at it and say "Wow, now that is something I never would have guessed would have taught me something." I have run into negative people along the way, but somehow each situation has encouraged me to be a better person. I love moving, animals, and reading. But, my biggest accomplishment in my many adventures with my children has been evolving into a real life unschooler and trusting myself with this choice. Trust me when I say that I have had to battle many a family quarrel, but I don't bother anymore. My kids are happy, smart and pretty neat people.

Hello, My name is Kimberly and I unschool and run my own umbrella school in
Alabama..I grew up in Orlando where I live for over 39 years. Could anyone
enlighten me regarding the laws in Florida for Unschooling? Thanks for your
time...Kimberly

Thanks, lady. You are terrific.
Schooling through RVing would work if Dad could telecommute. Failing that, I guess it's all about finding the miracle that would allow what you want to really happen. And keep looking in Alabama, those people will begin to find you, especially if you just become OK with not having connected with them yet. Have great fun today!

Hi Kimberly! It's interesting that you called it a story. I wonder if there's something you tell yourself about staying in one place or not being in motion that makes it really hard to enjoy just being where you are? It's no better here than there. I mean, I have a hankering for Oregon, but I recognize that I crave change. I'm one of those who could sell it all for an RV and a road map in an instant.

When and why were you considering moving? We left Atlanta in search of a Waldorf school that went to High school. Came to Austin and after 5 years were homeschooling all the kids, finally and permanently. How ironic is that?

texas can be like that too. and it depends in texas where you move. to far west and its hot and dry, to far south or east and its hot and humid, theres not really anything to far north lol. but we have 2 1/2 seasons. its nice to talk to other people who know about diabetes.
