I have to think on it, really, because it has been so gradual in my eyes that I don't really see much of a change. I know how I feel now and it's fantastic."

- Not forcing your kids to do anything they do not want to do in order to 'learn'.
Letting the children guide the way, with minimal facilitation/supervision by an adult.
