Profile Information

what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?
Learning it while living it. Trusting that we are learning constantly and it is not necessary to force education. Learning happens...especially if not forced or prevented.
how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?
Our kids have never attended school and have been learning since they were born.
first names of children
Isaac is 14, Born March,1997
Micaela is 12, Born May, 1999
Eric is 10, Born September, 2001
a little about me
I've never felt like a perfect fit anywhere, but that doesn't usually bother me. I think I'm really afraid to be like everyone else.
I need to fulfill my creative needs daily and sometimes that means just scribbling something before I can get to sleep if a busy day hasn't allowed otherwise.

Hi Maggy! hoping I get approved for the WPB unschool yahoo group--we just moved to the area and are not finding any relaxed homeschoolers in our area. (We're in Stuart).

Hi Maggy-
I am so happy that Willow shared this site with me and that you are on it as well. We would love to meet you and your fam sometime. Maybe we can all meet at the beach when its not so chilly or something where the kids can just run wild and free. Let me know when a good time would be for you. We live about a block from Juno Pier so that is an easy opetion for us, but if something is easier for you guys let us know. Have a great day!!

It's kinda like the size of your hand out stretched. The center heart is glass. The other pieces are pink/green sea glass hand cut to fit and done with sand colored grout on wood. it is done on the sides also. My trick for light reflection behind pieces is silver tape. Some things i made look like they are lighted within because of that! I seal my mosiacs with grout sealer and later use a uv polyurethane spray so if they're outside they don't fade or crack. That stuff is great for photos that might be on a wall that's hit by sunlight or in a car. One tip of the star is slightly darker due to a repair when making. Just the tiny tip's edge. looks like it's wet but that can be painted if desired...looks homemade, lol. I hardly notice it.
