what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?

how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?

2 years unschooling. Our youngest teen left middle school near the end of 7th grade. Our oldest is a senior in high school. Daughter (the unschooling one), loves unschooling, but I'm trying to not worry about her being "prepared" for college.

a little about me

I'm a writer and editor. Just finished a book, "Inside the Dementia Epidemic: A Daughter's Memoir." I believe in doing things outside the box. I left school myself after 11th grade and went to college early. Then dropped out and worked for 6 years before returning. I know there are many ways to skin a cat, but when I see my daughter lounging on the couch as her peers get ready for school, I worry she's not doing enough, not challenging herself enough. I'm trying to keep the faith.
