It means living our lives in a conscious way, consistent with our beliefs. It means living joyfully and experiencing every moment as an opportunity to learn, love, and create peace in our community and the world. It means not following the norms of our society but following our hearts.

a little about me

I am a yoga teacher and yoga studio owner. I love cooking, gardening, walking my dogs, hanging with friends, sailing, speaking spanish, and lastly but most importantly being with my handsome husband and fabulous boys. I love to travel and am passionate and obscessed with all things vegan. We have a vegan household, even the dogs, and love to have potlucks with lots of friends. We live in a communal setting with two other families and share chicken, dog, house cleaning, cooking, car fixing, gardening, and many other duties as well as household items, appliances, tools etc. We live in a barn that was built for our antique wooden bright-hulled sailboat, Cicada. Love is my religion.
