wondertree is where most register probably. If you want to answer to no one, they have simple straight forward registration available, or they offer other options where you can access funds for materials but you have to report to them regularly.

there is no manditory testing at all. YOu do have to register with a school board of some kind, many to choose from, and that's it. No follow up, no testing, no evaluations. I register with a school program and get almost $1,000 per kid to use on ...
