Hi everyone! My name is Vennessa, and I am new to RUN. I live in Orlando, Fl and I have two boys ages 5 and 7. - what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?
- It means giving my children the freedom to become who they wish to become, rather than who I, or anyone else, expects them to be.
- how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?
- I like to say since my children were born, which would be 7 years, but we officially took on the title about two years ago when my oldest became compulsory age.
- first names of children
- Nicholas, goes by Nico is seven.
Lucas is five.
I also have a stepson, Matthew, who is 15, but not a home-schooled because he lives with his mom and only visits on weekends.
