- A playdate would be fun. We are broke until Friday but after that we will be able to put gas in the van again. The only bad thing about living so far out is you need gas to get everywhere. We just moved to Shelton in June (from Austin, TX). I grew up in Shelton and then went off to college in Eastern WA, met my husband and then his job transferred us to Texas. I did not want to move to Shelton but the rent was cheap and he was working from home. We are now looking at the Oly/Lacey/Tum area since that is where he will probably find a job. Any neighborhood suggestions?

- We have started hanging out with other homeschoolers but we are the only unschoolers. I didn't know there was anyone else in Shelton!! We had a weekly park day with unschoolers in Texas and really enjoyed it. Would love to have more unschoolers to hang out with!

Nice to meet you! I haven't met Trisha in person yet since trying to make the park days hasn't happened. It's an hour from our house to Friendly Grove. Would love to get together with other unschoolers!!
