what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?: No traditional restrictions as far as food, television, video games go. No fear of not using a *curriculum* because we believe children can learn with or without one. Freedom to watch your children grow and become who they are with out coercion based on who you think they"re supposed to be.

how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?: A year maybe...

a little about me: I have 3 children; 31 (daughter),(son) 24,(son) 14. I home schooled through the school district, the older two because I didn't know I didn't have to. My 14 y/o has been out of school since 1st grade. Radical unschooling fits for his and my personality because I don't want to police anyone and he doesn't like being forced to do anything. We are Christians and believe the radical unschooling lifestyle does not compromise our spiritual beliefs. I am looking forward to what I can learn here.
