what does "radical unschooling" mean to you?
freedom for all of us! And, a chance for a child to develope in his/her own time; in his/her own way. It is child led, but parent guided.
how long have you been unschooling or homeschooling?
I have been homeschooling (and obliviously unschooling !) for 7 years. Our son is 12 now.

a little about me
we live in the Daytona/New Smyrna Beach area. I am so happy not to have to put ALL of us through evaluations! This is very freeing to the whole family! Thank you Nance for your devotion to true educating!!!! If anyone lives in the Volusia area we would love to get together on the beach and explore!

Hi! We recently moved to Daytona beach. We previously we living in Nj. We are loving living in the sunshine state, though my kids would love to have more kids to play with:) I have four boys, 13,11,6,5 all very active/spirited children:) I am still in the learning/deschooling process. Good to see someone else unschools in the area.
