Is anybody unschooling in Switzerland ?

We are looking for a place to unschool in Switzerland, we are now in the Canton of Bern but they are tightening the laws every year and we are looking at relocating, does anybody have experience to share. We are considering England next, are there some areas where it is not possible? Any comment would be appreciated.

"Myth Adventures", Episode 1: Werewolf

My kids wrote and produced a new paranormal show, filmed entirely on location here in Hoquiam (and if anyone can tell me why the video embedding isn't working, let me know!).

I was an achiever my entire school career. They put me in a "gifted" program my first year, and the rest of my academic experience more or less followed suit. I've since had cause to joke, What is a "gifted" six year old anyway? The one who doesn't wipe boogers under the desk? Because at least from my perspective…

Unschooling and the S-word: Socialization

Lemonade Stand, socialization, neighbourhood, community, economics, kids and money

Today was gorgeous-- one of those sunny blue sky May days when you feel like summer has just arrived. My son and a friend set up a lemonade stand and sold drinks and cookies.
