I have struggled with the whole food restrictions issue for awhile now not because I believe in restricting food but for one, I do need to watch my daughters diet to some extent. Her blood pressure and heart rate can soar to extremly scary levels that started when she was three years old. A year ago seems so long ago now and so much has changed for us as we continously strive for a happier life. Emily has decided to take courses at the community college this year. She is really excited and has talked non-stop from the time she gets in the car until long after we get home. She has made some interesting observations about her teachers and classmates.
