what do you want to be when you grow up?

Bright Kids!

Oh my goodness! Many of my friends know the story of how we came to become Unschoolers. Many have read the stories of my children and shed tears for them. Letting kids be themselves

I have been letting the kids figure out for themselves what they need to do without interfering in their process.

Funny thing is that I thought I was already doing this, however when i REALLY let go, I discovered something pretty incredible ,,, how much I DID interfere! lol.

end of the year...

i just finished doing the grade reports for the end of the semester...for the first time. it was easier than i thought it would be!!! we decided this year to go with homelife academy to get ourselves ready for the fact that, starting next year, we would not be able to homeschool samuel since he will be high school aged. in tennessee, if you do not have a bachelor's degree, you cannot homeschool a high school aged child. the only way around this is… Continue
