When we moved out of our house the end of January I thought we got rid of a whole bunch of stuff. I was drowning in mess and stuff and clutter. We moved everything into a 10x20 and there was plenty of room to walk around in and move things. Yesterday we had it moved into the house we have decided to stay in at least till spring. We got a little indoor trampoline today. So far the girls have explored jumping up and down, the twist, jumping jacks knee lifts and made up a few moves to name. My teen has come up with a new get in shape program as she has decided it is time to work on her health. This week she has also discovered the joy of eating raw bell peppers of a variety of colors. Yesterday we got a cat named Remmy. The kids have been wanting a cat for a long time now but we have been moving a lot and unable to have pets due to apartment policies and such. We have decided to settle at least for the winter and possibly longer and the landlord mentioned we could get a cat if we wanted to. DD13 decided that with the SL money she got for the holidays she would start a store in SL to sell all the stuff she has been making. She first tried to find a store she could rent but there did not seem to be any she liked that would work for what she wanted. Though I am pretty sure we are not ready to claim Radical Unschooling I think we are finally to the point I am comfortable saying we unschool. We do have some workbooks that dd6 does but she likes them except the coloring part as she has never been into coloring so we skip that or do it different like circling what is suppose to be colored or making a mark through it and its her choice to do them or not. Some friends of ours are getting married tomorrow. I met them both online many years ago and after moving to the same state they were we have become offline friends as well. The Bride is the Captain and the Groom the first mate of the pirate crew our family is a part of. We go and do non sanctioned SCA camping events with the whole crew during the summer.
