“It takes more courage to reveal insecurities than to hide them, more strength to relate to people than dominate them" Alex Karras

this is so very true. about myself and who i am. how i express myself...this says it all. it also says a lot about so many people who won't allow themselves to be vulnerable and to just love others. they feel they need to hide their own pain, fear, insecurities and dominate others instead of relate to them. this also speaks to my heart as to what being a radical unschooling family living in the law (of attraction, that is) is all about... attitude. its EVERYTHING.

it truly is sad when other radical unschoolers diss those of us who practice the LOA...they see it (or so they say...i think its really just their own fear & ignorance speaking) as we are all living in la-la land w/out a care for being down to earth...being selfish and not taking the physical footsteps to make things happen. just waiting for gumdrops to rain down from the skies... LOL this is so far from the truth. we live for miracles but not those that are so out there they are unattainable! we live in sync with what we desire to come about if we only hold that truth and trust. if we doubt, if we fear, if we judge...then we get what we sow. i personally want to reap what i sow. and i sow wild oats. wild and free...rain down on me...free reign. yeah...free reign.

TRUE leadership is about having integrity. it isn't about domination. it is about setting a loving assertive example. having heart. not about being cold heartless or aggressive. it is about guidance. it is about modeling to others to be themselves...to be their own 'leader'...to live their own 'truth'...it isn't about having followers. or judging the paths others take...or judging where others are on the path. it is about compassion. it is about LOVE. true. utter. unmistakeable and absolute unconditional love. true independence day...is EVERY DAY. in EVERY moment.
