To know that a Children's Hospital is being built there too is the icing on the cake. How funny the universe works and really important things just start to fall into place. We own our home here in Birmingham and would like to hold onto it for a bit. The market is awful. I would rent first in the tri-city area before making any purchases. I appreciate all your advice and knowledge of the area. It is priceless to my many adventures that lie ahead. Your appreciated!
