Your Learning in Freedom blog is interesting. I'm glad you shared that Unerzogen article with us; it's reminds of what I constantly see in conventional parenting.
yes Ren if you can take the blog carnival back over that would be awesome. I have been down two computers at once! All I had was the iphone! I am still waiting (its been 2 months) for the last part of the computer to come in. jeez!
btw I would love for you to consider speaking at my big con in Mayish.

Thanks for the note! Ok, we joke about how long we have REALLY known each other but down deep somewhere we have a one awesome connection! It’s great to hang out with creative, expressive, loving and brilliant people like yourself.
I thought it was great! But the call-in question... WTF?? That was bizarre. So - what's your new project/job you alluded to in the podcast? Can you share? :)
Hi, I'm Shannon in Bristol, mom to two wonderful, imaginative, creative children. I sent a request to you to be my friend. I forgot to add a personal message, so this is it. : )
I'm just trying to find more moms like me, it's difficult! I've always been the odd one since highschool (shudder to think).
I was "Goth" before Goth was cool!
I've read your blog and you and your family are really interesting! Very cool! I would be happy if you would accept my friend invite.

Ha! I see you have B.Y.O.B on your playlist, that is my 7 year old daughter's current favorite song. Maybe I can figure out how to add a playlist. Oh where do you get that great bright hair dye?
Lots of Love,

Sounds great-- I attended a modeling school in the late 80's--seems like a lifetime ago--and did some modeling locally for awhile--i always enjoyed it! Very fun :) I'll be thinking about you as you start this new venture...can't wait to read about it soon ;)
Thanks Ren! I'm going there now...hope things settle for you soon so we can connect ;) What business are you starting? Can you share details?
Hope to chat soon! :)
Ren,
I was trying to search for a yahoo group in TN--I remembered you mentioned it once or twice---State of Franklin? We officially moved to Abingdon, VA and I wanted to connect there---looking for more connections for my 16 year old son and 2 year old daughter.
You made my day. I feel like we are being drawn to your area instead of Knoxville. To know that a Children's Hospital is being built there too is the icing on the cake. How funny the universe works and really important things just start to fall into place. We own our home here in Birmingham and would like to hold onto it for a bit. The market is awful. I would rent first in the tri-city area before making any purchases. I appreciate all your advice and knowledge of the area. It is priceless to my many adventures that lie ahead. Your appreciated!
